Join Erin and Kendall for Intelligent, Soulful Sequencing Weekend Immersion and take your sequencing game to the next level. Each 2-hour workshop is designed to stand alone but is definitely more powerful when taken together.
Are you a certified yoga teacher ready to offer purposeful, authentic yoga sequences that bring your students back week after week? Did you learn a few specific sequences in your YTT but are still unsure about creating your own? Are you looking to connect with other teachers and seeking inspiration to reignite your passion for teaching? Then this weekend immersion is perfect for you!
In each session, Kendall and Erin will share tools and techniques they have gained through decades of teaching at times as many as 15 classes a week, and through years of studying with world-renowned teachers.
Session 1 - Saturday 6/25:
Learn to create and curate inspiring sequencing themes making your classes more powerful and cohesive.
Distill your class themes by pinpointing the mental, physical, and emotional qualities to cultivate in class giving each theme more longevity and making them easier to stick with.
Learn to sequence individual classes and class series specifically for beginner students.
Seamlessly integrate pose tutorials into your teaching for problematic and challenging poses like chaturanga dandasana, bakasana, headstand, and more.
Plenty of time to ask questions.
Session 2 - Sunday 6/26:
Learn to sequence classes specifically for advanced students.
Gain the skills to apply advanced sequences to all-levels classes.
Learn to design and teach smooth, creative transitions.
Unpack common sequencing pitfalls and mistakes.
Learn from Erin and Kendall's experience what to do when it all falls apart!
These 2-hour workshops are intended for certified yoga teachers and apply to your Yoga Alliance CEUs.
