Expect to sit, move a little, spend some time in discussion, and practice several different styles of meditation.
A pen and journal are suggested, handouts will be provided.
You may wish to bring a meditation cushion or chair; however, bolsters, blankets, and yoga blocks are available.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow for gentle movement and to sit comfortably.
