Anchored in a study of The Secret Power of Yoga by Nischala Joy Devi, Kendall will offer realistic, meaningful ways to apply these teachings to the challenges of our modern life. Devi’s heartfelt translation of the Yoga Sutras provides rich soil for planting a life of presence and peace.

These live stream sessions will be recorded for those who sign up in advance, so if you cannot make the live call, do not fret. Everyone who signs up will have access to the recorded version of the call by Friday of the same week.
