Did you know that your jaw is the most used joint in your body? Add to that the fact that we spend much of our time staring at screens with the shoulders rounded, chin protracted and neck flexed… and it’s no wonder that so many of us struggle with neck and jaw tension.. When energy is locked in the jaw and throat, people experience difficulty concentrating, communicating clearly, and speaking from the heart. In this one-hour class, we will release this tension systematically with simple, gentle movements that anyone can do. We will be sitting and standing with very restorative, simple movements. You will leave feeling liberated and alive!
