Join Erin Lambright and Kaitlyn Johnston for a transformative and rejuvenating yoga nidra experience session combined with the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls.
We will start with a gentle and unhurried flow, followed by focused breathing (pranayama) to prepare your body and calm your nervous system. Then, find your perfect spot on your mat and gather all the props you need - bolsters, blankets, and more - to create a cozy and nurturing nest for your yoga nidra experience.
As you settle in, let the healing sounds of the singing bowls wash over you while Erin expertly guides you through the restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. Allow yourself to fully relax and embrace the deep relaxation and rejuvenation that awaits you.
All are welcome and no yoga experience necessary.
Arrive with an open heart, comfy clothes, yoga mat, props, bolster, and blanket.
Be sure to also bring a journal to take notes as you process your experience.
